If this contract is broken Critter Pass Ranch and staff has authority to remove animals adopted from the adopters home immediately and the animal will be considered the property of Critter Pass Ranch.
*If for some reason you were unable to keep your new adoptee down the road, signing this contract will allow us (Critter Pass Ranch) to care for the animal. The animal will return to Critter Pass Ranch Refuge and Sanctuary where we will find the best possible home for him/her or possibly keep her/him here with us.
